There seem to be many Americans who don't want to judge Otani just because he's Japanese, but think about it.
China, which the United States is now competing with, was originally a Japanese colony, and 70% of today's Chinese is Japanese. Korea and Southeast Asia were all Japanese colonies until the US and Japan fought and lost to the US, right?
Japan is Asia
Isn't it strange that the best player from that great empire beats an American player?
I love Shohei as much as anybody, but I feel like there are some important things that are forgotten: Max Muncy hitting three home runs, Gavin Stone’s complete game, the absolute tear that Tommy went on…
Shohei is so good people are intentionally walking him to get to MOOKIE BETTS AND FREDDIE FREEMAN, who are also two of the best baseball players on the planet. Gotta be the first time in either of their lives they get to the plate after an intentional walk, an absolute testament to the greatness at the top of this lineup
I kept reminding myself he was a pitcher in rehab, my brain was telling me, he can’t keep this up, don’t do it, don’t place a Stake bet, wait for a bad game, then punt then next 🧠 Waited the entire season… and a bad game never came 😂😭
Unless a team actually wins the World Series, all the regular season hype is quickly forgotten. But records (like 50/50) are remembered, no matter how the team fares.
Ohtani first season as a Dodger and making history. First MLB playoffs. Can they reach the promised land? But there are other strong contenders in both the NL and AL
At 18:33 the commentator talks about how he hit this one to centrefield and knew he had it. I was figuring that there was no point in hurrying – either it was gonna be a flyout or a homer, but no point in rushing either way.

The greatest man in the world❤
I love how he amped up after a big hit or a home run
Congratulations!
Thanks MLB for making this vid of the regular season. Hope this HISTORIC momentum carries on to the postseason! 🙏💪
2024 will be forever known as …….the year of His-tani!!!!
This year, in baseball, just feels… special!
he will soon fly
the greatest SHO on earth
今年初めて大谷さんのユニフォーム買いました。満足
Can someone please explain that lil dance they do after they get a hit or make it to a base? LMAO
Can’t stop watching Japanese edits of Shohei Ohtani highlights 2024 NL MVP!!! 1️⃣1️⃣DUBS LGDODGERS 💙❗️
I love kislux that on the butterfly bag it says auguri / tanti auguri which means happy birthday
They should replace the umpire with a robot 🤖
0:57 Joe, did you have to? 😭
I don’t care if this season has been an absolute sh*tshow at times, it’s been fun, and that’s the point. Go Dodgers. 💙

Machado is not sleeping good tonight
Poor Vargas. I feel bad. Dude went from one of the best teams in Baseball to the worst team in all of baseball.

サムネ良いね
大谷選手の原動力を考えると、デコピンも何本かのHRを担ってる。

?”I have pretty fun playing for the Dodgers. Unlike some of the Red Teams.”
Sho is looking real goatish right now
You know you're strong when you hit homers on a up and outside the strike zone fastball. That's popup city usually

You see how different this guy is when you see the opposing team fans smile in disbelief. It's Michael Jordan-esqe.
Teoscar Hernandez first Dodger to win HR Derby, also Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman, mid season trades like Tommy Edman, rookie Yoshinobu Yamamoto
River Ryan having to undergo Tommy John was a blow to the Dodgers. The kid is a promising star. He will bounce back.
Decoy!!!
Amazeballs!!!
Should be unanimous MVP
it isnt all of Ohtani Sir.

He is mlb the sho
It’s showtanime
They were going to do it without him like they have the last 12😂 but it probably did come very helpful….
