Hate me for what I’m about to say since I’m a Barca fan…. This current squad cannot be compared to the Real Madrid squad that had me anxious back in 2009-2017. Many of the current players are there for money or have the arrogance that they are big time players. Kaka, Ozil, Modric, CR7, Benezema, Casillas, and the list goes on and on… those players WANTED to play for the badge. Represent the club. I don’t see it with this crop of players, specifically Mbappe. Either way, I wish yall the best and can’t wait for an entertaining season. Barca is going to need a lot of luck and do a lot of hard work to keep up with Madrid.
