Man I dont see the off side. The on who scores is on the foot line of the defender. The other which is offside did not participate in the goal.
It seems the official is a Uruguayan so he’s gonna help them. It was all in all just horrid officiating the whole match

Players can't be ahead of the other teams last defender when receiving the ball. The last one to touch it in this play was ahead of the defenders when receiving the rebound, thus offsides.
