  1. US team over analyses Mexico Team, they do not do any good work against any other team. They are not capable of working any strategy out against any other Team but against Mexico.

  2. GGG must not have been interacting with Weah enough. You know, asking questions about how his family and/or girlfriend are doing. That's the sort of thing that just puts a guy in a negative mindset. Surely that's why he lost his head.

  3. We’ve never had a 9 that’s doing major work off the ball. Fix the 9 off the ball, that frees up our powerful wings. Also off sets the midfield and frees up so much space.

Uruguay is coming out full strength, make no mistake. Once they have the lead after the half, they will sub and manage minutes.

  4. Y’all can call me naive. I said it back in Nations League that it is unacceptable to lose vs T&T even a man down. I still believe the same vs Panama. Another poorly managed game by the fearless leader.

  5. The only things I say against GB – Could've started Musah or Cordova & save Adams for the 2nd half. That has nothing to do with the RC – its just a smarter play and if you're up at half you don't have to use him. . . As to the RC – AS soon as Balogun buries that shot then you make the adjust to go defense. Even with an hour left. . . Or drop McKinnie off as a 5th back.

  6. I am from South America but I live in the USA. I know football like the back of my hand, having grown up in a football-centric environment my whole life. So, I'll share some opinions. First, the USA is the best country for sports, without a doubt, for many reasons that I won't elaborate on to keep it short. But if the USA wants to, it can become a powerhouse in any sport it chooses. The notion that they lack talent for football is false; if they train, they can be world champions. They are the richest country on the planet and the third most populous, with at least 40% of the population being descendants of Latinos or Europeans who love football. They have a great team, but to be honest, I think they were overconfident. They have good players, but not more than many teams in the Americas. Also, football is a collective sport, and they will learn that over time. All the great football countries have experienced failures like the recent one against Panama. I could give examples for hours, like Germany's 7-1 win over Brazil, which had the two best full-backs in the world, Dani Alves and Marcelo, or when Italy was knocked out of the World Cup after winning the Euro, or many teams that fail in the group stage only to win the next World Cup. That Brazil team that had four Ballon d'Or winners and didn't even make it to the semifinals in the 2006 World Cup. Football is like that, and I don't want to make this too long, but in summary, this happens because football is very psychological. You can have good players, but if they are not used to playing under the pressure of representing a national team, they will most likely fail. This happens with many teams that have good players but underperform in their national teams. I feel that Pepi is one of those players who, unfortunately, is not suited for the national team. The USA will not improve its football if it stays in CONCACAF. Although there has been growth and there are now good teams like Panama, Costa Rica, and Canada, which a few years ago were almost amateur teams, they still lack real competition. It’s not the same to play against France or England in a friendly as it is in an official match where both teams need the points. The big teams like Mexico and the USA don't feel that pressure in CONCACAF, as they qualify for almost every World Cup. In South America, they play at least six official matches a year against each other in packed stadiums with the pressure of an entire country. That's why they may have worse players than the USA, but in an official match, they are more likely to win, except for Bolivia; the other nine teams are extremely competitive because they know what it's like to play under pressure. The USA plays at that level only three times every four years in the World Cup. Then, for the next four years, they play only friendlies, amateur matches, or low-pressure games. This won't help them grow. Now they are back in the Copa America after years, and I think they will play it regularly from now on. That's good, and they will see improvement in a few years because these failures, these experiences of playing with a man down or under pressure, will help players get used to it. I would say that only with the last World Cup did this generation of good players start playing real matches. But again, if they play only four matches at that level every two years, it will be hard for them to grow. As a country, you have a lot of power; if you wanted, you could join CONMEBOL, which would welcome you with open arms for your money. But you would gain by playing at least six official matches every year in bad conditions, on poor fields, in packed away stadiums where they won't let you sleep in the hotels, where they will wear you out with kicks and blows. To qualify for the World Cup, although it is easier now, it still won't be a walk in the park like it is now. You will have to sweat for it and may miss out on some, but you will see how your team's collective level increases. Now you will play against Uruguay and see the true strength of a South American team. It is the first match in years where you will face a rival of that level, and the most curious thing is that if your entire starting lineup were Uruguayan, they would play in their national team because they play in good teams. In short, although Uruguay has good players, in terms of player quality, there isn't much difference. The difference is that one team is from South America and plays these kinds of matches with their eyes closed, laughing because they are used to it. And that's considering they are already qualified; if they were playing a match with hunger, it would be another story. But they will still go all out because South American teams hate losing.

  7. US must play 10 men defense for the game against Uruguay. Let Pulesic on offense on attack for any chance US have but most of the player on defense and be very careful not create the penalty and during the conner kick.

  8. That red exposed Berhalter & his lack of coaching. The players being lost completely after that red showed that Berhalter hasn’t prepared for going down a man & how to work around that. Clearly has so much quality on the bench like Musah who can play very defensively & can hold the ball extremely well & while fight it back if lost. Going up a goal after going down to 10, you throw in a player like that & clog up that gap

  9. I love the USMNT but we needed this to expose Berhalter & his lack of coaching ability. They have such an amazing team with no real direction nor tactics. They’re playing just off skills they learn elsewhere & it shows when the games start becoming chess matches in tactics

  10. And we see clearly why Gio Reyna is not even a bench in Europe, and why Timothy Weah is not used by his coach , and Weston McKennie inconsistent put him almost out of Juventus ,,, and the cherry in the
cake Gregg Berhalter who doesn't know how to deal with players like those who without winning anything having a ego bigger than their own statistic , a coach without personality and leadership.

  11. Again. This is not the only time that the US has lost to panama. Maybe if woke soccer would pay more attention to actually playing soccer rather than being woke marxists, we'd see different results.

  12. GGG needs to go. Even if we win by some miracle which would be even bigger the the one on ice (that coach knew what he was doing). He is awful subbed in all the wrong people at the wrong time….
